During my recent stay at the St Regis, I was impressed by their exceptional butler service. Thanks to Cassandra and the rest of the team, who were always available on the designated Whatsapp number to assist with any requests. Their attention to detail and passion for their work made them the nicest butler team I have ever encountered. The convenience of communicating through Whatsapp was a great added benefit.
Although there were a few minor downsides, such as the cigarette smell in the room and a flickering light behind the TV, the efforts of the butler team made up for these issues. The front desk also demonstrated professionalism and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, making it easy to get to the market and hail a waiting taxi. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with a TV screen in the bathroom mirror that adds a unique touch. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of during their stay. The breakfast options at the hotel's restaurant are plentiful and delicious, offering something for every taste. Additionally, the stunning views from the rooms provide a picturesque backdrop for any event or occasion that guests may be attending while staying at the hotel.
The pillows in the rooms could be a bit firmer to offer more support for the neck and head.

The view from my room was fantastic, providing a glimpse of the vibrant Cotai Strip. The hotel also provided me with city maps, making it easy for me to explore the center of all the action. Additionally, the huge bathroom with separate areas for shower, toilet, and bathtub was a luxurious touch. The room itself was brightly lit and tastefully decorated. During my Xmas vacation, I had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was located in a prime area with easy access to attractions and transportation. Additionally, the hotel's ambiance was stunning and made me feel like royalty.
On the downside, I did find the gym to be a bit small and lacking in equipment options. Additionally, the pool could have been heated or covered for colder weather.
